Do I need her address?
No. You give us her email. We invite her to choose the day, the time and the address on a private page.
Will I see her address or phone number?
Never. You only see the state of your order: invited, accepted, delivered.
What does she see in the email?
Your name as you wrote it, that a gift is waiting for her, and a link to her private page. What the gift is stays a surprise until it is in her hands, and so do your words. She does not see the price.
What if she declines, or does not answer?
We send one reminder after 2 days. If she declines, you are refunded in full, including any tip, and we tell you only that the gift could not be delivered. If she does not answer, the gift waits for her: nothing is refunded automatically, and a paid order cannot be cancelled.
Where do you deliver?
To Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipro and Vinnytsia. Delivery is included in the price. If her city is not on this list, she can decline and you are refunded in full.
When will it arrive?
On the day and in the time window she chooses, from the next day up to 14 days ahead. Air-raid alerts can delay a courier; we reschedule if needed. You can suggest a day; she remains free to choose another.
How do I know it was delivered?
We write to you by email as soon as the delivery is done, and your order page shows it.
Can I stay anonymous?
She sees the name you enter. A first name or a nickname is enough.
What language is the poem in?
Ukrainian, with an English translation on the same card.
What is the tip?
An optional extra amount that you may add at checkout. It is never added by default and appears on its own line of your receipt.
Can I support the book?
Yes, on the book page, with a voluntary contribution. It helps pay for writing, editing and printing, and does not buy a product.
In what currency do I pay?
US dollars, by card through Stripe. Your bank may show a converted amount.
