Delivery

Refunds

If she declines, or the gift cannot be delivered, you are refunded in full. If she does not answer, the gift waits for her. Once paid, an order cannot be cancelled, and flowers and food cannot be returned: they are perishable. If something arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you.

Care

Cut the stems at an angle, change the water every two days, and keep the flowers away from direct heat.

What it says

A day can weigh more than it should. White hydrangea and lisianthus among loose sprigs of eucalyptus, with a few blush ranunculus showing here and there like warmth coming back into cold hands. Soft white paper around it all. It looks as light as its name, and there is a great deal of it.

At her door, at the end of whatever kind of day it has been, it stands white and unhurried and asks her nothing. That is the reason to choose it. You do not need to know what went wrong, and you may even be part of it.

When to send it

On a day that has been too heavy for her, whatever the reason, even if the reason is you.

How she receives it

  1. She receives an email with your name and a private link.
  2. She chooses the day, the hour and the address. You never see them.
  3. A courier brings the flowers, your note and the poem. We tell you when they are delivered.

The poem that travels with it

Printed on a card, in Ukrainian with an English translation.

Якби зострілися ми знову,Чи ти злякалася б, чи ні?Якеє тихеє ти словоТоді б промовила мені?
If we were to meet again, would you be frightened, or not? What quiet wordwould you say to me then?
