Refunds

If she declines, or the gift cannot be delivered, you are refunded in full. If she does not answer, the gift waits for her. Once paid, an order cannot be cancelled, and flowers and food cannot be returned: they are perishable. If something arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you.

Care

Cut the stems at an angle, change the water every two days, and keep the flowers away from direct heat.

What it says

A sky breaks up in patches once the weather has passed, and this hydrangea does the same: a drift of blue here, a bank of white there, with a few green accents, small and sharp, like the first leaves you notice when it has stopped raining. Wide white paper opens all round it, with plenty of air.

This is for what comes after, when the hard things have been said and nobody has anything to add. At her door there is only weather that has changed. You owe no speech and neither does she. Send it to say thank you for staying, or sorry for the storm, or both. It is cheerful in the way clean windows are cheerful.

When to send it

In the days after a long talk, once everything has been said and you are both still here.

How she receives it

  1. She receives an email with your name and a private link.
  2. She chooses the day, the hour and the address. You never see them.
  3. A courier brings the flowers, your note and the poem. We tell you when they are delivered.

The poem that travels with it

Printed on a card, in Ukrainian with an English translation.

З журбою радість обнялась…В сльозах, як в жемчугах, мій сміх.І блиск, і стума в той же час,І як мені розняти їх?!
Joy has embraced sorrow. In tears, as in pearls, my laughter.Brightness and darkness at one time, and how am I to part them?
