Delivery
We invite her by email to choose a day within the next 14 days, and a time window. Delivery is included in the price. During air-raid alerts couriers pause, and we move the time if we need to.
Refunds
If she declines, or the gift cannot be delivered, you are refunded in full. If she does not answer, the gift waits for her. Once paid, an order cannot be cancelled, and flowers and food cannot be returned: they are perishable. If something arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you.
What it says
Your note, written by hand on thick cotton card instead of printed. It will not be your own handwriting, since you are too far away for that. But it will be a person’s, with all the small unevenness of a person’s.
Flowers go. This stays, in a drawer or inside a book, where she will find it again some year without looking for it. Choose it when what you have written is worth the weight of the paper.
When to send it
Once you have finally written down something you have never managed to say aloud.
How she receives it
- She receives an email with your name and a private link.
- She chooses the day, the hour and the address. You never see them.
- A courier brings the flowers, your note and the poem. We tell you when they are delivered.
