Delivery
We invite her by email to choose a day within the next 14 days, and a time window. Delivery is included in the price. During air-raid alerts couriers pause, and we move the time if we need to.
Refunds
If she declines, or the gift cannot be delivered, you are refunded in full. If she does not answer, the gift waits for her. Once paid, an order cannot be cancelled, and flowers and food cannot be returned: they are perishable. If something arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you.
What it says
A cluster of red foil hearts on thin ribbons, arriving with the flowers. There is nothing subtle about them. The foil catches the whole room and hands it back in red, and they bob above the bouquet like a sentence someone has said too loud.
Most of what we send keeps its voice down. These do not, and that is why you would add them. She will laugh at the door, and then she will keep them.

How she receives it
- She receives an email with your name and a private link.
- She chooses the day, the hour and the address. You never see them.
- A courier brings the flowers, your note and the poem. We tell you when they are delivered.
